Mark was very nice & helpful with the whole process! EDIT: Although Mark was helpful with the process, the vehicle I purchased from here needed full brakes replaced after only owning it for 1.5 months. Front and Rear breaks, rotors, and brake sensors needed to be replaced totaling over ~1k in repairs. The back brakes were completely bald and extremely unsafe to drive on. It is bad practice to be selling vehicles with faulty brakes when they are bought in good faith that they have been inspected by a mechanic prior to purchasing. Extremely disappointed.
